Group: Enforce laws on illegals

by Rick Badie, Atlanta Constitution-Journal, December 16, 2003

D.A. King is tired of the "lawlessness" when it comes to enforcement of immigration policy.

He sees movements afoot in metro Atlanta and around the country to grant illegal immigrants the same rights as American citizens...

"American citizens who happen to live in Gwinnett and Cobb counties are as outraged at the ongoing injustice as anybody else who's paying attention," King said...

"We have done no advertising," said King. "We are a nation of immigrants. We also are a nation of law. Most people have no idea that the present [U.S. population of] 292 million people will double in their children's lifetime, if we don't adjust our thinking and our policies. We are simply demanding that the law be enforced for everyone."
